Legal agreement governing the use of RepSet services
Introduction
These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) constitute a legally binding agreement between you (“User,” “you,” or “your”) and RepSet (“Company,” “we,” “our,” or “us”) governing your use of our gym management platform and related services.
By accessing or using RepSet, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not use our platform. These Terms apply to all users, including gym administrators, staff, and members.

Eligibility & Account Responsibilities
To use RepSet, you must be at least 18 years old or the age of legal majority in your jurisdiction. By creating an account, you represent and warrant that all information provided is truthful and accurate.
User Roles & Access Levels
RepSet supports multiple user roles with defined permissions to ensure secure and controlled platform access.
User Roles & Permissions
Has full control over all platform features, plans, and tenant configurations.
Manages gyms, memberships, payments, and staff accounts under their organization.
Performs daily operational activities such as attendance, schedules, and class management.
Accesses workouts, class bookings, and personal fitness tracking features.
License & Intellectual Property
RepSet grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the platform in accordance with these Terms.
Payments, Subscriptions & Billing
RepSet offers subscription-based access for gyms and organizations. Payments are securely processed through Razorpay.
Data Privacy & Protection
Your use of RepSet is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which outlines how we collect, use, and protect your data.
Acceptable Use & Prohibited Conduct
You agree to use RepSet only for lawful purposes and refrain from any misuse or disruption of services.
Termination & Suspension
RepSet may suspend or terminate your account immediately if we reasonably believe that you have violated these Terms or engaged in unlawful activity.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, RepSet and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform.

Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising hereunder shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Bhopal, Madhya Pradesh.
Policy Updates & Modifications
RepSet reserves the right to modify or update these Terms at any time without prior notice. The updated version will be posted on our website with the effective date.
